*Mackerel 100g(3.5oz) : soaked in vinegar
[ How to prepare : ]
  1. Place nori on a bamboo mat, then spread sticky rice on it.
  2. Turn #1 upside-down, then place cucumber, pickled ginger and white sesame seeds on it.
  3. Roll #2, and place mackerel on it then tightly roll it again.
  4. Cut into 8 pieces then put it on the plate like in the picture.

*Nori 1.5g (0.1oz)
