On a bamboo mat, place cellophane wrap and nori.
Spread the sticky rice.
Sprinkle white sesame on #1.
Turn #2 upside-down and place thick omelet and julienned cucumber on it.
Roll #3 and apply a bit of wasabi on the top of the roll, then place the eel.
Roll #4 again.
