*Sticky Rice(Vinegared Rice) 200g(7.1oz)
[ How to prepare : ]
  1. Spread sticky rice on 2/3 of the nori surface.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, grated cheese and bite-sized cut scallop in a bowl.
    Roll mixture with rice and nori.
  3. Divide #2 into 8 portions, then bake in an oven for about 10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle bonito shavings on the top.
