Spread sticky rice on 2/3 of the nori surface.
Mix mayonnaise, grated cheese and bite-sized cut scallop in a bowl.
Roll mixture with rice and nori.
Divide #2 into 8 portions, then bake in an oven for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle bonito shavings on the top.
